• This page is regarding the 2wire 2700HG-E (Branded by Telus)

• The FCC-ID is PGR 2W2700ATH which you can look up on the FCC ID database FCC details

• To open the device, put in something sharp through the vents along the side, near the front, and push the tabs in. As you do so, you should be able to slowly lift the top up, off the front. Once you have the top up, you can pull the front off. Once the front is off, you can pull the top towards you to take it off (don't lift up up too high like a soup can lid). You can now access all of the internals.
