Allgrain brewing
- crush the grains enough to break the grain shell but not pulverize it
- warm water to strike temperature
- add grain
- keep at same heat ~1 hour
- fly or batch sparge (run same temp water through the grain bed)
- boil mash for ~1 hour
- chill quickly to room temperature
- rack (siphon) to primary fermenter
- pitch (add) yeast
- wait a few days
- rack to secondary fermenter
- wait a couple weeks
- bottle/keg beer
